Very poor customer service experience with CBB.

I contacted support regarding a billing issue for my second number after receiving an email about unpaid subscription charges, even though I had already requested cancellation of both numbers through Elgiganten.

During the call, my questions were not properly answered. I repeatedly tried to confirm whether CBB had received and processed the cancellation requests, but I was not given a clear response and was instead told to contact the other company.

Communication was extremely difficult, and I felt that my issue was not being understood or handled properly. I also requested to speak to another representative, but this was refused, and I was told I would receive the same answers.

When I asked for the agent’s name in order to file a complaint, this was also refused.

The issue was not resolved, and I was left without clear information about my account status.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I wish I could give zero stars because one star is too much for CBB.

They will charge you 100 dkk for being…

They will charge you 100 dkk for being late 100 dkk on bil worth 11 dkk. So alsmost 1000% up. And it would be 100 more in 11 days. So basicly thet can charge you 311 for receipt of 11dkk in one month. So kind remindrr to never have anything with them. Plus their services are bad too. There was at least 7 times when i didnt have conection for 10 min or more in span of one month. Defenetly wors decision ever. Hope your company gets charged same as yku are charging ordinery people. Never would i ever have contact with this company again.

Stay Away

Really bad accounting and customer service. They admit making a mistake in drawing money from my account, and now they want me to pay 100 kr. fee for their mistake. Bad coverage, and very long waiting time to answer. I am definetly finding a new company :)

Very rude and dramatic customer…

Very rude and dramatic customer service. I dont even dare to call the customer service. The home internet connection is unstable and when I am traveling in europe the internet so slow and basically can not use it. Sooo sooo bad.
