Hi Trustpilot,Yesterday I ordered a new phone for my father and typed his phone number into cbb and clicked on a 3 month credit and in the end my account was leeched with an overpayment of 149kr and he has an overpayment of 119kr per month. I wrote to them I think CBB/Telenor in both Copenhagen and Aalborg and they told me that they could not correct the mistake that was made on their website.
A very pleasant, patient and informative conversation with the customer support for buying a new ESIM, which I eventually purchased. The ESIM activation was quickly and easy and I've been able to use the service worry-free.
