I have been a subscriber of this operator for about 3 years. In terms of service quality, they are good, but their biggest problem is their inconvenient and outdated payment system. I accidentally ordered a new SIM card. There is no option to cancel the request in their app user interface. The current SIM card is immediately disconnected from the network and you cannot make calls or access the internet. When you leave a message via email or the request form on the website, I have not received any response for 24 hours. And just imagine you're abroad. How annoying that can be.
Leaving this company as soon as I am back in Denmark. They took money off my account without my authorisation. They said that their data and signal did not work in certain countries and nonetheless they kept charging me each second of it once I landed there.They stole money from me.
