Beautiful fabric and quality - probably the most comfortable bra I have ever bought! The first style I bought in 2XL (38G) unfortunately did not offer adequate lift or support but customer services were amazing and offered a swap of style at no extra charge and also let me keep or gift my original purchase. I received the Wireless support and Lift v-neck mesh bra and this style offers a loft more support and also has a minimiser effect - I can really recommend this style for added support and lift. Delighted with the fabric and quality. Customer service is also superb with this company - will definitely be using again.
Don't be fooled like me, and payed for very low quality bra. Shien will probably give me a better push up bra. its very cheap, has no support like it said it was doing, there's no push up of any type of insert to support the boobs. It's false advertising, the bra was that thin you could see the shape of my nipple from the t shirt. Asking for a refund and they keep going in circle and trying to convince me to say yes to them sending me a new one. Multiple time I have told them, it will not change my mind of what I think of the product, as size wasn't the issue. Don't waste your money!!!!!!
Amazing bras! It feels like I’m wearing nothing, so comfy. Will be ordering more! At first i was very skeptical of purchasing but I’m so glad i took the risk! My order arrived within a week to Australia. This company is legit and I couldn’t be more happier with the amazing service, with quick response in email (even though i live in Australia and I’m aware of the time difference) they responded to help as soon as they can and the ladies had fixed my order and sent me 2 new bras and i was able to keep the ones that didn’t fit! Thank you so much ladies, I’m highly recommending these bras to everyone!!
While the service provided is good and polite, they do NOT state what return fees actually are on their website and this is very cheeky. I knew returns were not free but I didn’t realise that they would be £12.95! That’s daylight robbery! Not ok
Amazing bras and excellent customer service! I have tried non wired bras before and found they didn’t give me any support but after reading reviews about Celeste, I decided to give them a try. Wow! Amazing support and SO comfortable!! I honestly will not go back to a normal padded/wired bra again now! I emailed the customer services team as I wasn’t sure I had measured myself correctly and possibly ordered the wrong size. The team couldn’t help me enough! Asked me to send in my measurements and said I should’ve ordered a size down, they then reordered in the correct size and said I didn’t need to return my original order but to gift it or keep it! Blown away by this company - have since ordered 4 more bras! Would recommend to anyone!
This has been a great find! I'm glad I trusted the reviews. I was in between an M and L and ordered the L, but turns out I was a M. The customer service has been great and really fast. And the bras are great too. Super comfy, great shape.soeedy delivery too.
Such a comfortable well made bra - IHad a slight problem with the fit and customer service answered immediately and arranged for a replacement without query . I have a larger bust (36f) and would 100% recommend, I’ve bought other so called ‘perfit bras for the larger bust’ so was sceptical as they were awful but this is a different level

I ordered two pairs of bras, the boob part was pointy and gave off a ‘nipple’ vibe. I emailed to return, no reply. I emailed again and got a reply to be offered a replacement (grateful but no) it was the only style i wanted and wasn’t a size issue. I asked if I could please return for a refund. No reply for 4 days, I emailed again and got a reply finally, they’ll just deduct $20! From my refund for the return, like I can’t pay $10 myself to return them. It’s a bloody return scam. Will never deal with them again. Look out for fine print on these types of guarantees.
