I bought two bras both size medium one nude the other black. They arrived promptly. The black one fits perfectly but the nude one is a tiny bit too small which causes a slight overspill. The fabric is super soft and they both are incredibly comfortable. I love the silhouette they create and highly recommend.
I bought a bra from this company a few weeks ago and the fit just wasn’t right. So I emailed and asked how I return the item. She told me that I had options either they process a refund without me needing to send anything back or they can send me another one free of charge. All I can say is I have never known any company to do this and to also be so lovely as well! I am so impressed with the service I received. The quality is also just amazing it was just the fit that wasn’t right! If you’re thinking of buying something from this company then I suggest you do! Honestly 10/10 for everything!
What made my experience great was that I had a baby 4 months ago. I haven't bought myself anything but maternity wear for the past almost year until I bought this bra. It has made me feel confident like me again. I have fairly large boobs and I got a size M and fits amazing. Customer service has been great to!!!
Customer service was 2nd to none. The strapless bra was too tight and when I asked to return they told me to keep it and they would send another. No quibble. The bras are soooo comfy and great support. Needless to say I’ve already put another order in for different colours. Love them
Excellent! My bra arrived and was a bit big, customer services told me to keep it and sent me a size down for free! I’ve now ordered more bras as it’s so comfy. My only wish was for an extra small size for my daughter who the small bra is too big for.
