After seeing positive reviews, I decided to order a bra, but it didn't fit well. I reached out for a refund, and was informed about a Perfect Fit Guarantee, with an offer for a different size to try at no cost. However, no specifics about this guarantee were provided, nor were any terms explained regarding my acceptance of the alternative size. Upon receiving the new size, it still didn't fit, and when I requested a refund, I was told that accepting the alternative meant I forfeited my refund eligibility. Now I'm stuck with two bras that don't fit and have lost money. This experience has been very disappointing. If the terms of the guarantee had been clearer, I would have insisted on a refund instead of trying another size.
These are the most comfortable bras I've ever had! I followed the measuring instructions from a website, and the fit turned out to be perfect. I no longer experience any underwire discomfort, and the price offers fantastic value. I will certainly be buying more.
Terrible quality items that still smell even after washing. The bra offers no lift or support; you might as well wear a tank top. The thong was too small for my thigh, much less my waist. Low-quality and disappointing. Avoid purchasing.
I ordered an XL, as I typically wear a 16D. They felt a bit tight, and I wasn't certain about the sizing. However, the support team was outstanding and provided me with an XXL, which fits perfectly. I've since ordered various styles and am pleased with all of them, except for the strapless one, for which they are sending a larger size, since the XXL only had an 80cm band. I'm also introducing my mother to these, aiming for her ideal fit at 80 years old. Once again, the assistance has been remarkable. We haven't needed to return any incorrect sizes, and I plan to donate the extras.
The bras seemed decent, but the sizing was incorrect for me, even though I sent my measurements and ordered as instructed. Updated 1st Dec. After requesting a refund, I was informed it had been processed and a prepaid envelope was on its way for returning the four bras I received. Neither the refund nor the envelope has arrived. Upon following up, I was told '£28.98 GBP was initiated in one transaction on October 13, 2025, at 7:36 am', which is simply not true. I’ve followed up three times and received no response. On October 10, 2025, I encountered hidden fees and slow replies – it’s just not worth the trouble. If you want a refund, there’s a 'return fee' of £9.95 for 'quality inspection and repackaging'. They seem more inclined to offer replacements instead, even suggesting, 'You’re welcome to keep, gift, or donate the one you already have.' I was convinced to try two more bras after the first two were unsatisfactory. Now, the refund fee has increased to £12.95. Customer service is slow; I’ve had to reach out multiple times, and since my order on September 4th, I’m still waiting for the refund process to start. I ended up purchasing a different brand instead — perfect fit for my needs, with a hassle-free service. Profit seems to take precedence over customer care.
It delivered on its promises. As someone who is slightly larger, I often struggle to find support without sacrificing comfort and style, but this bra has successfully combined all three at a great price. I'm thrilled with it and have already placed additional orders.
