My measurements so they can double check and recommend what size to order- firstly how patronising to a customer, secondly do they really think I would buy anything from them ever again?
I purchased a size that didnt fit and found the Celeste Dior team really efficient in finding a size that is a perfect fit for me. Hannah was wonderful and got the right size delivered free of charge and even allowed me to keep the wrong size to gift to someone it fits. The bra itself is very comfortable. Really happy with the purchase.
I ordered the Deep V bra, and while it wasn’t quite the right fit for me, the customer service was excellent. Sophie took the time to walk through the issues I was experiencing and helped me identify what wasn’t working. She was very patient and committed to finding a better option based on my needs.
I really appreciated that she didn’t give up on helping me and took the time to guide me through the process. Thanks to their policy, I was able to exchange it for another bra that ended up being a much better fit for me.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star absolutely shocking! I spent £60 on 3 bra’s that didn’t fit so I asked for a refund I explained there was support at all I was told I would have to pay £12.95 refund fee 😂 but the bras came with a fit guarantee so I could have another 3 bras which would definitely fit . So I accepted, the bras came and again ill fit and zero support! I have emailed and have now been told I can no longer have a refund as I took the fit guarantee it was not at any point explained to me that if I took the fit guarantee I could no longer get a refund or I would have had the refund and been done with it . So now I’m stuck with 6 bras I can never wear and £60 down ! Also I’d like to add the customer service is shocking the process from me asking for the initial refund to me receiving the fit guarantee bras was a whole month . There is no urgency from the company to resolve complaints and they reply at bizarre times eg 11.30pm which I find strange ! AVOID ! Keep your money go to marks and Spencer
These are the most comfortable bra I have ever owned. I was a little sceptical at first, as they are a bit pricier than I'd normally pay, but I hated wearing a bra before I got these. As soon as I got home the first thing I did was take off my bra. Not only are they comfortable, but they give the girls a great lift and make me feel so much more confident. I highly recommend these
Their customer service is amazing!! I was so happy and excited to get my 2 BRAS that were 3XL in sizes - the seamless scalloped full bra(light pink) and the seamless full coverage jelly bra (black). It took almost 10 days to arrive but the packaging was sealed and secure. They even gave us extra bra hooks.As I fit the bra that day I realized it was a little loose for me on the boob side
area near the armpits and has extra folds showing so I decided to contact them about my situation telling them I would exchange it to 2XL but they responded that they would send 2 new pairs of BRA with 2XL sizes and no need to return my original order and just keep them or gift them to anyone I like. How thoughtful and convenient!
Bought this bra after seeing it advertised on instagram. It is the comfiest, best fitting bra I have ever owned. Loved it that much I have since ordered 2 more. Highly recommend.
This is the 1st Bra, out of many that I have tried, that actually delivers what it says it will.
Every other Jelly Bra or "Supportive" Bra that I've tried from Instagram or Facebook Ads, that promise AMAZING results, just simply didn't live up to the hype. I have wasted lots of money on these other Viral Craze Bras but now, I will only buy & recommended Celeste D'Or Curve's range of supportive & lifting Jelly Bra's.
I received my order & as soon as I tried them on, I jumped back online to buy 2 more Bra's in a different style!

Excellent quality bras. Very comfortable design and material. The fit guarantee is awesome and customer service super responsive and helpful! Will buy again for sure. I purchased the every day comfort push-up 3 pack and am keen to try other styles.
I was skeptical to buy bra online without trying it on, but after reading reviews, I gave it a go. And it worth it. Do measure very well. The bra, I received were very comfortable , very good quality. Its looks and feel amazing. I bought size XL support and fit V neck Mesh bra.
Also customers service is excellent. Very prompt and very quick. I do recommend to buy from them. And I will definitely buy again. Very happy customer.
