My experience with Celeste London has been very disappointing. The suit I received does not match the product shown online — the colour, fabric, and quality are significantly different and much lower than expected.
The sizing is also inaccurate and does not fit properly.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to provide a full refund unless I paid for return shipping to China. Instead, they repeatedly offered small partial refunds.
This feels misleading and unfair to customers. I would advise others to be cautious before ordering.
AVOID SCAM COMPANY NOT IN LONDON IN CHINA
Seriously bad quality clothing. Do not buy off this company who expect you to pay tracked costing to china to get a fraction of what you paid.
Ordered a dress which took ages to arrive, unfortunately it was nothing like the picture and the material was shiny and thick not nice quality. I got in contact to request a refund, as Celeste London are not in London at all and in china? I would have to send the item back at my own cost.They offered me 40% off another item which again would cost me more money! Then before I decided what to do they sent £6.99 refund on a £35 pound dress. My advice do not buy from them. 😡
Ordered a dress for my sisters baptism, arrived poorly made, a week late and from china, when it’s seemingly a UK brand? After paying almost £50 for a dress you’d think the quality of the dress would be good. The stitching is horrendous, the dress is see through, and the material feels like paper. I’ve emailed to request a refund and they’ve offered me a 10% refund and 50% off my next order(I won’t be ordering from here again, quality is worse than temu), or, I can pay the shipping with tracking all the way back to china. Don’t waste your time on this internet scam, will be starting a chargeback with my provider.
They mislead you into believing that they are a UK company but when you ask for a refund you have to pay the cost to return it to China with tracking, with the replies that I have received from their so called customer service I am not willing to waste anymore money.I ordered a jacket, I checked the size chart and ordered a size L which should have been a size 16 to 18 a size larger than my normal 12 to 14 as they suggested but it is far to small to seems to be a size 8 which is useless to me, as I followed their size chart it is an error at their end so I am entitled to a full refund and paid return postage, which they refuse to give. I am disgusted with myself for falling for what I now realise is a scam Chinese company posing as a UK one, and the customer service is appalling, as after sending 5 emails they still come back with the same, keep the item and get 30% refund which is an outrage as I followed their size chart. AVOID
I wished I had read the reviews first before ordering from this company I’m absolutely fuming it’s cost me £25 to return item to china I thought this was a London based company if they are going to sell to the British public then they need to sort out a returns policy it’s criminal what they are doing . Please don’t order from this company if the item doesn’t fit then it’s at you own cost to return at a big cost. 😡
If iI could give this company 0 stars i would. It markets itself as a uk based company through the name and the website address but is based in china. The quality of the items is awful complete rubbish, the sizing of the items is inaccurate i bought an xl which was supposed to be suitable for size 20-22 it was more like a 12-14 and the returns process is impossible. After numerous emails offering discounts and exchanges that I repeatedly said I didn’t want, the only returns option was to ship back to China at my expense. Complete scam
