I bougth a brand new screen from them. they shipped it too late and also they did ship a damaged sceond hand screen for new price! Now they did pay partial refund which we agreed. but return cost was too high this is why i agreed with partial refund. Screen was not only second hand it has also screen burn. so my first and last shopping from them. if you have time you can deal with them.
I had ordered two screens for two different phones - one was advertised as OEM and the other was advertised as an IPS LCD replacement for Super AMOLED. I got both the products well packed in a plastic box, one is the original as advertised and the other is a duplicate as also advertised, both of them are in working condition and are new (no signs of scratches or anything). I had read all the negative reviews about their site and I was quite worried whether I would experience something similar, contrary to what I thought, I am highly satisfied!Note: This isn't a paid review.
Placed an order from them over 3 months ago, haven't received the item and have been getting constant lies from them in all communications. Contacted them before placing the order to verify "in stock" status, they confirmed. Then it's been nothing but lies and run around since then. Ended up having to file a dispute with the credit card company, since Cellspare's communication saying that they were going to cancel and refund my order was another lie. It's been over 2 weeks and my order status hasn't changed and no refund received (they said 2-3 business days... 2-3 weeks ago). I also told them to cancel the order 2 months ago if they couldn't provide tracking information "by the end of the week". At the end of the week, they provided tracking information, but it has simply said tracking information received since then. They created the tracking information, with no intention of shipping it, to stall and avoid cancelling
