Ordered from them and after 2 months they haven't even send the parcel.
When I asked for refund they said they will release it but they never did.
After weeks I start posting negative reviews about them and they sens me email if I don't remove negative feedback about them, they will just hold my money!
Avoid them for all cost!
The company marked the order status as “Complete” on their website; however, no tracking number has been provided and the shipment has not been dispatched.
I contacted them multiple times via email and WhatsApp. They keep delaying and giving vague responses such as “shipment will be dispatched in 3–5 working days,” but no actual shipment or tracking details were provided.
As of today, I have not received the product nor a refund.
Cellspare advertises 'genuine' and 'original' batteries (with pictures of the genuine article). What I got was a generic battery (no brand) instead of the Vivo battery that was pictured and describe on the website. The generic battery has identical specs and seems to be performing well - the Vivo battery lasted six years before it became unstable, and I have no idea of the longevity or the quality of a generic battery.
The service provided is terrible, with significant delays in product delivery. If you choose to request a refund, the conditions are cumbersome (store credit only), making it impossible to use that refund elsewhere. Overall, it feels like a scam.
I have an Apple Watch Series 3 that I struggled to find a battery for over a year. Finally, I discovered a service that managed to source the part for me. Now, my watch is functioning like new again. Thank you for your help!
I paid for an original display but received a defective copy with light issues. They refunded part of the amount, but I had to keep it. It worked for about 2.5 months before failing. The quality from this seller is questionable and very poor.
