IT'S NOW BEEN 5 WEEKS SINCE I ORDERED FROM CELLSPARE AND MY ORDER OF 2 REPLACEMENT SCREENS HAS STILL NOT EVEN BEEN DISPATCHED!!!!!!I CONTACTED THEM TO ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON AND HE SAID HE WAS WAITING ON THE SCREENS SHIPPINNG FROM HONG KONG!!!!CELLSPARE DOES NOT HOLD ANY STOCK!!!!!HE IS JUST A RE-SHIPPER THAT CHARGES A PREMIUM AND ORDERS FROM CHINESE SUPPLIERS LIKE ALIEXPRESS/ALIBABA AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH HIM!!!I COULD HAVE ORDERED FROM CHINA MYSELF AND SAVED MONEY AND MONTHS OF WAITING!!!!AVOID CELLSPARE AT ALL COSTS!!!!YOU WILL END UP PAYING MORE THAN THE CHINESE PRICES AND WAITING MONTHS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DELIVERED BECAUSE IT FIRST NEEDS TO BE SENT FROM CHINA TO INDIA!!!!!UPDATE: I'VE RECEIVED RIDICULOUS THREATS FROM CELLSPARE ACCUSING ME OF BEING RACIST AND HAVING VIOLATED LAWS AND COMMITTED CRIMES AFTER I LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW HERE!!!! HE IS TELLING ME THAT HE IS CONTACTING THE INDIAN EMBASSY AND THE POLICE IN MY COUNTRY - ALL BECAUSE I LEFT A BAD REVIEW!!!!!I'VE NOW BEEN WAITING MANY WEEKS FOR MY ORDER AND HE IS REFUSING TO PROCESS MY REFUND UNLESS I DELETING MY TRUSTPILOT REVIEW AND - GET THIS - WRITE HIM A "LETTER OF APOLOGY"!!!!!!THIS GUY IS NOW 100% REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY AND BLATANTLY STEALING FROM ME!!!LUCKILY I PAID BY CREDIT CARD, BUT IF I PAID BY BANK CARD I WOULD BE UNABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND HE WOULD HAVE STOLEN ALL OF MY MONEY!!!!NOW I HAVE TO FILE A CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK WITH MY CC COMPANY - WHICH ALTHOUGH IT'S CERTAIN I'LL GET MY MONEY BACK - IT'S NOT INSTANT AND WILL REQUIRE ME TO FILL OUT FORMS AND WAIT MORE WEEKS DEPENDING ON HOW LONG THE PROCESS TAKES!!!!PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE - ABSOLUTELY DEFINITELY DO NOT PAY WITH BANK CARD!!!!!IF YOU ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO ORDER FROM HERE AFTER YOU HAVE SEEN THIS REVIEW THEN MAKE SURE YOU PAY WITH CREDIT CARD ONLY - SO YOU CAN FILE A CHARGEBACK!!!!!WHAT A HORRENDOUS ORDEAL!!!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Fraud companies..pls donot buyI ordered a Mi 14 display through the official web portal. Initially, they promised dispatch within one day. After payment, the timeline was changed to 5–7 days, then extended to 10 days.When I requested a refund, they asked me to wait another 3 days, and now it’s back to 10 days. This has been a completely misleading and frustrating experience.I am now registering a complaint on the consumer portal and with the police.

I bougth lcd screen from them. they did not ship it in 10 days and i asked refund. this time they said it will be refunded in 3 days. But they refunded after 12 days when i wrote here. but head of department is kindly tried to resolve the problem.

Bought a LCD Screen Replacement in July 2024 for a HTC, website said it in stock, even today it says its in stock, 5 months later after constant emails etc always the same answer issues in Hong Kong.Was offered a Refund but I said I would wait but I did not trust them and I asked for refund after 5 months, 7 weeks later, no refund, they always say its been processed. Then they tried to blackmail me by saying if I would only get my refund if I removed the negative feedback I placed here but all is truthful. I have all their emails.They did refund me but it was less and I said they have to cover the fees I was charged now MasterCard will deal with it.
