I purchased three iPhone batteries from this fraudulent company. Before placing the order, I contacted them via WhatsApp to ask if shipping batteries to my location would be possible, as I knew battery shipments can sometimes be problematic. They assured me there would be no issues.So, I went ahead, placed the order, and paid immediately.At first, I received some strange emails asking for additional payments. Later, I received an email confirming that my order had been accepted and payment received. The estimated delivery time was about 2 months.I patiently waited for 2 months — and nothing arrived.I contacted them again via WhatsApp to ask about my package, and only then they told me:"Sorry, we cannot ship batteries."It took them two months and my message to inform me — had I not written, I probably would’ve never heard anything from them.After that, they said they would issue a refund. Again, I received fake emails claiming the refund was approved and payment was made — but I never received any refund or any package.
I had a very BAD experience with cellspare.comThe product took many months to arrive, but the WORST is - the replacement parts are NOT GENUINE!I can't believe I waited 13 weeks for my spare parts and they are FAKE PARTS!I cannot use these FAKE parts!Cellspare refuse to accept they are fake, but they are CLEAR fake - TERRIBLE QUALITY.13 weeks wasted waiting for the parts and they finally arrive and they are FAKE.I have to file a chargeback with my bank because Cellspare stopped responding to my emails and will not refund my money.AVOID CELLSPARE!!!
Cellspare are the worst and fake company. I ordered when they had a discount and they don't want to ship my order. They delayed multiple times, they always change the date for dispatching my order. They keep making fake promise and delayed my order as long as they can. Maybe they don't want to ship my order because i purchased it at a low price when there was a discount. They delayed my order so many times so i just asked for refund. This type of company should not exist and should be shutdown. Fake and scam company. See how unprofessional they were by looking their replies at the review of their website.
Very bad service, I've been waiting over 8 weeks 2 months for my order and still no update.Cellspare repeatedly promises delivery and the promises are never fulfilled, weeks and weeks pass and there is no order in sight, just more false, unfulfilled promises.I think I will request a refund.UPDATE: After 3 months I received my products and I'm extremely unhappy to see that the products are TOTALLY FAKE.I have been emailing cellspare for the past 10 days and they IGNORE MY EMAILS.I paid with bank card and I have no opportunity to file a chargeback.I have lost my money and months of time, cellspare has STOLEN from me.AVOID THIS HORRENDOUS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
I do not recommend this cellspare! It's a very bad company!I wait for 3 months for parts and when arrive they are FAKE.Not real screens, all are FAKE, not official, not original - 2 of Samsung and 1 of Sony - ALL 3 ARE FAKE SCREENS!I will not buy FAKE parts from cellspare again!Don't buy this FAKE parts!
Purchased a product on cellspare.com, but after the purchase the expected date of delivery changed. When asked, someone named Aman spoke to me from +91 93286 38192 and +91 95122 27147 and was unprofessional with false promises. As the day of delivery came close, I asked for an uodate, nothing was provided, only after constant calls was some update provided which was more delay. I requested a refund which was also something I had to follow up, they spoke to me like they were doing me a favor. My suggestion, unless you want anxiety, delayed responses, someone who takes your money but doesn’t deliver, I suggest you don’t buy from this website. It’s a way to hold your money and return it later (if you’re lucky). Safe to say I received my money back, but very bad experience received.Update: The team responded stating they've received fake reviews, I am neither writing a fake review nor have I written anything false. Proofs, call recordings and chats are available with me. I had read the reviews before purchasing, but I thought it wouldn't happen with me, unfortunately it did happen with me too, and despite the reviews I went ahead and still became a fool. Their threatening emails, messages are only to save their bad customer reviews, nothing more. Regards,A VERY disheartened customer.
