Fraud company. Placed order for Samsung Galaxy C9 pro display. There were 2 options, 1st was a replacement display priced @Rs.2500(rounded) 2nd was displayed as original priced @Rs5499/-Called their helpline no. +91 95122 27147 and spoke to Amaan and confirmed if the original display was indeed genuine. After a positive confirmation I placed the order on 2/8/25. Received a message saying order will be dispatched in 5-7 working days. After around 10 days I called up Amaan who said its an import so it may take more days to clear customs. I agreed for more days as per his request.After another 10 days called Amaan again to which he replied another 10days. Called him after the said 10days.This time a woman named Fatima answered the call and was giving lame excuses. When asked to connect with Amaan as since the very beginning U was in contact with him, she denied my request and told that anyone can take your call and Amaan is out of reach.When asked about my order she said she will contact Amaan and revert.In some time I get a message saying order cancelled refund amount will be credited to source ac.I called up Fatima again and asked why did they cancel my order when I waited for almost a month.Again lame excuses by her.And when I questioned that no UTR no. to the refund message as it was just a normal message she said she will contact and share screen shot.When there was no response at all I called her again and demanded a UTR no. And I was livid that despite waiting for a month they just couldn't deliver my order and just cancelled it.I warned her about appropriate legal action will be considered by me incase of any fraud.I guess this was the reason I received a snap shot of refund in sometime and got refund on 1st September 2025.These guys are cheats. Had I not pursued them, they wouldn't have had returned my money.Reporting in cyber crime and to ban such dubious websites
I ordered a Sony Xperia 1 Mark VI display from Cellspare.com on 01/08/2025 (Order ID: 596441) using my debit/credit card.The promised delivery date was 20/09/2025, but the item was never shipped.After 10 days I asked for tracking information — they told me to “wait 10–14 more days.”On Sep 10, 2025, they replied saying the item was “in transit from Hong Kong to India” and would ship “within a week.”Later they said it would dispatch “before the 20th” and arrive “15 working days after that.”Every time I asked, they just sent the same copy-paste message — no real tracking number was ever given.Finally, after 2 months of waiting, i request a refund.refund take two more weeks. It was a stressful and time-wasting experience.⚠️ Warning:Do not buy anything from Cellspare.com.They give false shipping updates, delay responses, and hold your money for months.Always use only safe marketplaces or sellers with verified reviews.
I ordered a back camera module for my Samsung Galaxy A30s, whose original camera was not working properly after the phone suffered a fall. The part took 7 days to arrive. It was well-packaged. The module appeared fully OEM, as the markings and labels on the flex cables matched those on the original camera module. As of my testing, the camera works flawlessly and I have encountered zero issues so far. Overall, it was a value for money purchase, and I would definitely recommend this site to anyone seeking spare parts for an old device.
My name is Mohd Maruf from Azamgarh Uttar Pradesh India I ordered a Huawei P30 Pro display from Cellspare.com on 25th June 2025 and received it on 26th July 2025, after a full month of delay. When I opened the package, I found the screen was defective — it had white lines and a black patch near the front camera. Despite this clear defect, the company refused to issue a refund.Their return and refund policy is misleading. I contacted their customer support, but it was a nightmare — no proper helpline, no helpful response, and they gave vague excuses to deny the refund.I have now had to file an official complaint on the Government of India Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in) due to their unethical and irresponsible behavior.This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.⚠️ Avoid Cellspare.com at all costs.They cheat customers by sending faulty parts and then hide behind fake policies.
I ordered an LCD for my mobile phone Google Pixel 6 and this website delivered it to me in 4 days. I got it installed from a local technician and the quality is very good. So I will request other customers to buy from this website so that your mobile phone can be repaired at a low price.
Dear Sir,Its very rude and and harsh behavior from your customer support. I have ordered (Order ID: #575323).I hade ordered on 07 July 2025... it was supposed to reach by 17 July 2025. But your Customer support said me to wait me till 21 July 2025. Today is 21 July. When I asked the status of my order, your customer support initiated refund without informing me. He started arguing with me. Is this your customer support. If Yes then you have the worst service. You have wasted my time and patience.
I ordered an Item which is listed as "In Stock" on their website. Immediately after they received the payment the order changed its status to "complete"I waited for a few days and asked about shipment and was told 10 days is not the delivery time, its the time to when they ship. After more than 2 weeks I contacted them again and was again told to wait (This time the warehouse in Hongkong shipped slowly) This repeated till after 1.5 months I had enough.I offered the service to either provide me proof of shipment now or to refund with a day. Otherwise I would have filed a chargeback on my credit card.They opted for a refund.Overall a very bad experience and I wasted 1.5 months waiting for a spare part which I may now never get because its already rare. It is still listed as available within 10 days on their website. If only it would be.I give 2 stars because their service always responded within less than a day to my inquirys.
