The facial itself was good, as I came in for a discounted offer that included one treatment. However, after the session, they began pushing an expensive package, claiming it would solve all my skin concerns. They then offered a “special discounted price” that was supposedly almost ten times lower than the original amount, which felt like a scam rather than a real discount
Overall, while the facial was fine, I didn’t appreciate the aggressive upselling and would not recommend the experience
The experience was great and I really enjoyed time there. Especially I liked dr. Rasha because she listened to me and my needs, she recommended me a good package with all treatments I needed, was so professional and helpful to recommend me everything, thank you for her Kindness and support. It was a good experience and I’m so grateful for my experience.
Very pleased. The clinic got an excellent professional who know their work very well. I had Diamond glowing facial with Feruza. She is amazing person first of all. Very polite, soft and smart, knowledgeable. She know to read the ques of customer and work accordingly. Explaining everything in detail. I have wonderful result. I will be back for sure.
I sent my family to CocoageAethetics Clinic Dubai several times. They got the best treatment, especially Feruza is the one who treats my family. Very professional, careful and very friendly attitude. I would recommend, no regrets at all. In my opinion this is the best clinic with high level products and well organized staff.

I received a call from the clinic inviting me for treatment. Before the appointment, I thoroughly reviewed all information regarding contraindications and found nothing relevant to my situation. After a 2-hour drive to the branch, I informed them of my current medications, and only then did they refuse to proceed with any treatment. This is extremely disappointing, especially since I had undergone several procedures recently without issues. To make matters worse, my time was entirely wasted. I had a restless night due to finishing my duties late and waking up early for the appointment. Today, I am expected to work late again. This conduct is quite unprofessional. Proper screening should have been conducted prior to confirming the appointment. I do not recommend this service.
