Make sure your schedule document is visible

Competitive house and contents insurance product. Reasonably responsive via phone and chat. I recommend all customers check that their specific schedule document is visible in the customer zone online portal. My experience was that it was the only document missing for 5 months until I contacted them to ask where it was. Their explanation of the cause was a probable system error. The schedule is the most important document you have paid your premium for.
