Review Time
I have a few policies with Ceta Insurance so had a certain expectation due to giving them this business. After my experience this week I will never be using them again. I needed an answer from them urgently and they didn't get back to me as promised with an update which left my new property uninsured over night, which was very stressful. I called them approximately 8 times to get an answer that I needed with the outcome that they couldn't help me anyway, an extremely shoddy service and very disappointing. I asked to be sent a link to do a review of my experience this week and the supervisor, Hartley, clearly wasn't listening as he's asked me to do a review of the service he's provided, in summary, diabolical, just like my overall experience of Ceta Insurance this week. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
I was unsure about my caravan insurance and could not find my e-mail regarding the renewal. I spoke to a lovely lady called Tammy and she manage to sort it all out for me. As a lady in my 70’s often find it difficult to do on line, so it was lovely to speak to herThank you Tammy
