Review Time
We've been trying to get our double, leaded glass front door and screen repaired properly for nearly a year. Weather stripping is a joke...Screen is hanging from the side....Customer Service never responds or responds late "because of the Covid Pandemic" How can that be, since we've been asking about this since last fall or even before! I'm wondering if the CEO of Champion Windows would appreciate a beautiful leaded glass double door (FINALLY GOT THE CORRECT GLASS REPLACE, BTW.) with a screen hanging loosely on the side....I'm tempted to go to court. Their Customer Service has gotten from bad to worse than bad! We've driven to their South Bend location twice- no help! Multiple phone calls - no help or very little response! Stay away!!!
We have been very happy with our Champion windows. Before we purchased new windows I had 3 other window company come by and show me their windows. After looking at the other I decided to go with Champion windows. They were a little more expensive but I felt Champion had a better made window than the others. Since they have been installed they have worked as well as I expected. It's been nine years since we had them installed and we've recently had 8 of the 29 windows purchased that started to have the UV protection film start to deteriorate. I called the Champion home office and they had their regional office contact me to arrange replacement without any questions. I sent them the numbers from the windows and they had someone come out and replace. I am quite happy with Champion windows and especially since they stand behind their products with no questions asked.
We had a sun room put in several years ago. The first problems was that it leaked and the workers slapped caulking on that and it has been better. Then the air conditioner/heater went out and service would not call me back after many attempts. So had another company fix this problem and they said that it was improperly installed which cost me $2,000 plus. Called service the other day because there are cracks on the roof of sun room and they have not called me back yet. Paid over 20,000 for the sun room and will have to put more into it now. Buyers beware! Service department and company a big disappointment.
I had a very bad experience with this company, do not sign contracts with this company. The local representative is your only contact and they can't do or will not do anything for you. If you call the local office, your get transferred to the corporate office and the local office will never call you back. There over priced and if you cancel the contract they will take 30% of the total contracted price if they come out and measure your house, so your screwed. They will take your money and they will not lose a dime. Do your self a favor stay away from these people.Just got a response, which was nothing. These people don't care about your business, if they did they would make a effort to do the right thing. Very dishonest company

Bottom line: We were offered an additional $2500 off if we gave positive reviews on various platforms! What a joke! Part of the sales pitch was that they had high customer satisfaction. Surprise, surprise I wonder why. Reviews are paid for! Oh yeah, the estimate on a ranch with ten windows was $23,000.00. Get out of here! Be ready for a huge sales pitch.
Excellent service the company itself is truly amazing wonder people! We had Kevin and Jason do our windows and they were excellent! They did a wonderful job on them and knocked the windows out in a day and came back the next day to finish the outside ones. Very nice very professional this company and their team is definitely not a disappointment at all. I would definitely recommend them!
Champion windows are beautiful and keeps out the cold as well as the heat.The guys who installed them,were on time.They cleaned up after themselves. And most of all very professional. I was kept up to date from the first visit,to the finish. I love my new champion windows. You can't go wrong.
