The sales person was amazing. But the person who came in my house. the day thy put in windows. Was not amazing. I asked him to put on a mask. He said “we don’t Participate in doing that.” So I went and Got some masks. I gave him one and he still would not use it. If he showed me and my family respect buy using and putting it on I would give 5 starts. But I can only give 2 stars. He represents Champion windows to.
Great product and skilled crew turned our back porch into a very comfortable and beautiful sunroom. Virus slowed down installation some, but all was well in the end. We recommend Champion Windows and would do business with them again.
I would highly recommend not using this company. All they care about is getting your money, bottom line. Had a storm door installed a few years ago. This past April the storm door fell off. Yes, I said the storm door fell off!!! These “professionals” used finished nails to install a storm door. Incompetent people they have doing the work. Also: they will make a huge mess around your house, an not clean up. Again, I would find another company if your looking for any home renovations. Good luck if you use this company, I wish I hadn’t
The sales person was quite pleasant and personable. He explained what we wanted to have done and wrote out the contract. I saw that it had what we wanted except no mention was made of the grid’s orientation to the window. To replicate the original window, the grid needed to be vertical. The one they installed was horizontal. Due to the fact that it was an upper story non-visible window, I just let it go and did not know about it, anyway, until they were gone and they never asked me to go upstairs and inspect it. The window itself works well.
