This is the 3rd home that we have had windows replaced by Champion! So having 3 homes done you can guess there service is excellent, from the sales call, to the measuring to the installation! Great company to work with! Would recommend them if you are needing windows!
I love my new windows! They look terrific, they are super easy to open and clean. My old ones were fogged, difficult to see out of and hard to clean. The whole process of getting windows was simple. My salesperson(Wendy) was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Everything was financed with no hassle. They were installed by three workmen who who quite efficient, professional, and friendly. I would (and have!) HIGHLY recommend Champion windows.
The sales rep was helpful, answered all my questions, respectful and honest. The prices provided were beyond competitive and with warranty, were an opportunity I couldn't pass up. The Crew was ready to install months before the anticipated date (just before the heat of summer and I am grateful) and they were a joy to have in my house. Quick, tidy, but always took the time to show me what was going on, explain the current and next steps, answer all my questions, and each one had a fabulous sense of humor. This may not seem like much but I am a single lady and at no time did I feel undervalued or uncomfortable with a household full of strangers. Also, months later, I still look at my windows and grin like an idiot.
