Sales Rep Jake was very knowledgeable and helpful. His personality was very pleasant and vibrant. You could tell he truly cared about the quality and product he was selling. His demonstration showed me how great their product is and that is why I chose to go with them. He made everything very easy to understand. The process went very smooth for financing. Thank you, Jake. Will update once all windows are installed on my screen porch. My windows and door were the original in my house since 1923.Isaiah had his work cut out for him he was so thorough, meticulous, knowledgeable and very experienced. Isaiah was very consistent and detailed oriented. Isiah was so personable, truly cared about his work. Isaiah is truly a great asset to champion. He noticed one glass sash was flawed and made sure the company knew right away; Mike ordered items and made sure I was kept up to date on arrival of products and scheduling installation. I am still waiting for that replacement, but Tammy has been keeping me updated on arrival as well.My windows are beautiful!They were truly professionally installed. This company and its employees take great pride and knowledge in their work.I also had Isaiah, and his co-worker Adam install a new front door. They did an incredible job, detailed, thorough, absolutely beautiful work! My porch is so nice, insulated, beautiful and cozy!Thank you, Jack, Mike, Isaiah, Adam, Tammy and all those that are and have been working with me from Champion. We had a great experience with the Champion sales associate. They provided a very well thought out presentation that demonstrated the superiority of Champion windows. The company did a great job in fabricating and installing our windows.
After 3+ months I had my windows installed. The team Jose and Jacob did an excellent job. Over and beyond. The only 2 issues I have is it took so long to get them and they did not have 11 of my screens. So can’t open them to use. I live in northern Arizona and it is now nice enough to open windows but I can’t. This is really frustrating. I hope I get them soon.I really can’t say enough about the installation they new exactly what they were doing.Thank you Jose and Jacob!
I would go lower if I could! The Champion windows and siding company office staff in Wichita Kansas are a bunch of crooks. They removed and reinstalled my 5 exterior lights to put on my siding 2 years ago and reinstalled them incorrectly. I’ve been complaining and trying to get them to fix the issue since. They continue to give me the run around and now say their is no record of my complaints, lights were my responsibility and even that the problem was storm damage!!! Do not pay their height than market price for their product thinking you’ll never have to worry again because of their warranties! Their warranties are something they do NOT honor and are a joke! I had estimates 1/2 the price of theirs, but went with Champion because of the warranty. BIG MISTAKE!!!!
