Our representative was James Burt’s. He was friend, professional, and knowledgeable. He was customer focused and answered all our questions. The product Champion offers is better than any other we looked at in the area. Their warranty is amazing showing they really back their product. Excited to have our new windows installed!
This company has the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. I had them replace all the windows in my home on December 8. Their windows are good, but their installation job leaves a lot to be desired. No drop clothes were used under the windows. I had a mess on the carpet, tile floors and throughout the house and even on the sofa in the living room. The window tracks were not even cleaned out after installation and they were full of plastic shavings. I had to take a shop vac and clean all the windows out. Window sills were damaged and cracked under several windows. I took pictures of all this mess and sent them to the company right after the installation and that was back on December 10. I have left messages with them, sent weekly emails and all I hear back is someone will contact you. The salesperson that came out and did the estimate does not even respond. I am still waiting almost two months later for someone from Champion to contact me.
I bought both siding and windows from this company a few years back. Now I am looking to build a shed and want to match the siding. They will not sell it to me. The only way I can buy siding from them is if I have them install it. So frustrating.
Tell the people when the job will start don't lie to the customer they stated they would hold my check because it would take some time to get to me I asked should I cancel they said no they cashed my check which it put me in a bind a bounce check I had to get money from other resources he needs to cut off all the schooling and get down to the point how much and when they would start he left that off we had to ask that. They was in a hurry to cash my check but slow in when the job gets donePoor communication. I didn't like that

In the new appt, I signed up to purchase windows from the lovely Joni Kolle. Next was my window measurement appt, which I made for Dec 6. They notified me at least 4 times appointment reminders...of which I responded each time. Time was to be 8a-noon. I waited till 12:10 pm when no one had called or texted to say why the delay to find out what was going on. Told I'd get a call from Brian Smith soon. Waited 90 minutes, nothing Called again. Was told Brian would be messaged again and should be in touch soon. Crickets. I called Joni to let her know. Now still waiting to hear what happened. I took time away from my job to be here. Windows are a major expense and I can certainly understand things happen. BUT the total lack of communication from a very large well known company is imo totally rude and unprofessional. Oh I asked to speak with a manager as well, Zip there too. Well folks if you are considering them, I wouldn't. My time is important too.
