At first i was skeptical about Chanced.com and decided to give it a try and it prove me wrong.I enjoy playing games and the graphics are good but besides all that they offer many perks like a daily bonus,social media and stream giveaways and the best part is they have instant redemptions.You wont be disappointed!
This is suppose to be for fun. I don't see why they need a form of ID to sign up. I'm not inclined to give my information on the internet for a casino game. I watch VLR on YouTube and that's the only reason I tried to play, but with them wanting too much info, I'm not going to play.
This is one of the only social casino sites that have a secret 3-10x playthrough requirement. it is not mentioned anywhere on the main screen, sign up process, or most importantly, the purchase page. It is apparently buried somewhere in the TOS. So if you buy 100$ worth of coins then you have to wager 300$ before you can even take a penny out. and if you accept the daily free 30 cents then you have to play that 10x each before you can take out any of the 300$ until you complete that too. Good luck making it out with any money left. And not to mention that you cant playthrough the money and make progress with any decent game. Your stuck having to play the worst rtp games. Very predatory and not transparent.
So if you look at my review from 2 years ago you can see I loved chanced. But last year I did a year long self exclusion. And the process went well BUT after my year was over I tried to log in and a a message popped up stating my account was suspended and to refer to a email from suspensions-at-chanced.com. I looked and waited and waited and nothing. It's been over a month now and nothing.i have emailed help-at-chanced.com, suspensions-at-chanced.com, and help-at-chanced.com multiple times each and never received any type of communication back . IN OVER A MONTH. It came to the point where I made a new account on Chanced in attempts to talk to live support in order to resolve this issue. I have sent one message per day for the past 4 days . AND STILL NO RESPONSE. It really sucks because all I want is to play at chanced after jy year long break. And for some reason they refuse to respond so we can resolve this issue
So I played and I knew how much I needed to play for the roll over..I knew I should be able to cash out at 1400 went to cash out and couldn't because the roll over bar didn't move at all while I played down to that amount..so I decided just to keep playing to see if it would fix itself and it never did and lost it all down to 20 bucks..decided to go play another game and and right when I was down to my last $2 the roll over bar starting back working and was only up to $6 smh...messaged them about it and they decided to give me $5 of sc play like wtf..yea I instantly deleted my account...
