I was a loyal customer of chanced and punt until today when chanced treated me like trash despite spending hours and lots of money with them through the year.My family's financial situation has taken a bad course since my dad lost his job and mom split.I felt obligated to help out today and I was very desperate to double my last $50 dollars because I needed money to buy tomorrow's dinner ingredients for my siblings and mom.However, I had no idea that they'll put a 3x play through requirement on the $50 dollar pack for 50 SC. They usually only do that if you're getting a significant bonus such as 100 sc for $50.Anyway, long story short I lost 50 SC very quickly and I fell into such a deep depression that I went to my bed to sleep at 4pm, and I even skipped out on dinner, my depression was too great, I didn't feel worthy.I contacted Chanced support line to see if I can get a refund or at least they'll offer me free SC, but no. I even told them that it was okay if I get banned, I just really need my $50 refunded because I need to buy dinner ingredients for my family, it is so hard.Yet still, the customer service team didn't care one bit about me. Dispite me playing well over 400 through the year, they couldn't even give me 50 in my most desperate and depressing moment. They just take and take.In fact, they weren't sympathetic at all, even though I told them what was going on and that I was crying. The customer service rep Joe just told me that all sales are final.I became even more upset and ashamed of myself. Then I had a dream I went to the mental hospital again, since I was there last time because of depression.Punt.com was no better, because I lost SC fast there before playing at chanced today.Punt and Chanced.com are not my friend and nor your friend. I'm never spending money there again.By the way, my mom talked to me and hugged me when I got up, so I feel better. I'm finally giving up on Chanced, I've tried a tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that they aren't just syphoning everyone's money but the truth is they are. I just went through my last 2,340 spins (I didn't feel like going any further, although it gets even worse so I should have continued calculating to show an even worse record) and out of those 2340 spins only 240 of those spins produced a gain, with most of the gains being just pennies. That's a 10% hit rate which is absolutely INSANE. Yes I understand that most of the time you aren't going to be lucky and not every day is your lucky day but this is ridiculous. I know I'm not the only one that has experienced this. Either certain players accounts are set to not win or the positive reviews are fake/paid or incentivised to give a good review. This should be illegal. It's just not right. They capitalize on the psychology that gamblers have of "I have lost so much that I have to win soon" but that win never comes and it never even comes close to coming.
What's the point in being VIP tears up not entry level if every bonus they post is unclaimable because you don't meet the requirements what's the point of being VIP is every bonus is unobtainable for you it's a joke VIP should drop and when you drop it and it's a free drop for VIP on telegram then there should be no requirements played so much through so many days I mean there's really no point in it I am the IP and have yet to be able to claim a single bonus on telegram I'm playing somewhere else and the shame is I've spent a shameless amount of money

Chanced scammed me out of $460 usd total of fairly won redemptions on their two sites and ignored all communication for weeks. I had several successful withdrawals in the past, but once they got tired of me winning, they decided to not pay out what I won. I had no other options than to make a CC dispute which Chanced countered with false information claiming I had a drivers license from a banned state that I did not (I am from and have only ever lived in a legal state for Chanced according to their own TOS). They also made other false and fraudulent statements and lied about me receiving the services I ordered. Not paying out my redemption definitely constitutes failure to provide services. GoldCoinGroup is a fraudulent company scamming their own customers when they feel like it.
