I wasn't sure if I had a account with Chanced Casino because I had reset my phone and honestly when my Neice sent me a referral link for Chanced Casino I had went to try to sign in and usually my info Will pop up if I am already a member when it didn't I just figured I didn't have a account so I went and clicked on the Referal Link and when i was trying to verify it wouldn't approve me so that made me Contact Customer service with the Question do I have another account. A Ms.Maureen the Customer service Person was very helpful and polite and helped me Resolve my issue she was a Professional and I really appreciate the way Chanced Casino operates it has Superb Customer service compared to the other Casinos I have Visited they are Top Notch I give them 5 Stars they deserve it. Thanks Chanced Casino

Absolutely trash I think it's the worst casino out there!!!!! Customer service agent are horrible and don't answer ur questions properly. They give nothing back after u lose alot of money. The games might be up 3 percent of the time not to mention everything I spend they are never up I think it's rigged don't waste ur money on this platform they are trash!!!!

They have issues with their process…

They have issues with their process payment service if you run into glitches be forewarned it will show up on some debit cards. I used two different cards one had reconciliation so they refunded me all the purchases their site had issues processing . And I had plenty of money in my account ran me up $8000 and it’s a pain in the ass dealing with the debit card company that doesn’t give you the exact time you made the purchases. Like I know I didn’t make five purchases of $19.99 when I have made $100 purchases before so try again. If you have a bunch of similar purchases meaning one right after the other and another like multiple times look at the time there is no way I can even make 5 purchases $19.99 there is possibility of me thinking I entered the number incorrectly but not not five purchases it does take sometime for a completed purchase to go through .

Besides the fact that Chanced took away…

Besides the fact that Chanced took away 2 of my favorite games, (gold train, joker’s jewels) they are still at the top of my list as far as one of the best sweeps casinos to play on! I’ve won a ton and redemption is instant! They’re definitely ahead of the game compared to most. 2 big thumbs up from me!

After i won like $8000 there were 17…

After i won like $8000 there were 17 charges of $19.99 made on 05/26/2025 in under a minute how can i make 17 charges of $19.99 all at 12:35AM like really . And then 05/22/2025 14 charhes of different amounts all made under 12:44 AM . It charged me 14 times at the same time no i dont think so . And this is how i noticed i had additional charges on another account that showdd alot of reconsiliation charges basically a bunch of charges that didnt go through and then refunded back to my account . And i noticed damn how is it possible for me to make that many charges under one minute thats crazy. How because they have flaws or purposely create issues for you to process payments it will keep rejecting and charging your debit card but be careful not every bank will show the charges i had to call my bank and make that request for the time i made the purchases and even then they didnt change any disputes they rejected . I still have to talk with my bank tommorrow.
