Charged more than expected

As a first-time user, I was told it would cost £2 to rent a bank, but I was charged £10. The charger was only used for about 3 hours, so even at £2 an hour, I’ve been overcharged. Not satisfied. Tried to get support through the website, but it’s just a chatbot with no real help.
