I'm fed up with signable too, my problem is still not solved. Ive requested help and have got not much or no response.
Also they are keeping £75 of my money and are refusing to return it stating they do not refund mistakes. They claim that their system is trustworthy and does not produce errors. Well it has for me.

After a shocking experience with another very well known company, I have now signed up to Signable's service and what a difference! Excellent advice, customer service and value for money, I'm very happy with the service so far.
We have used digital signing before but the two things that made us turn to Signable was, cost and summary page.The cost of signable is brilliant. It does everything we needed compared to our other provider, apart from a couple of slight difference that could be improved (hence JUST SLIGHTLY missing out on a 5 star) BUT it doesn't affect us in our job that much and also the summary page is downloaded with the signed document as one...this was a MASSIVE headache from the other company that charged us so much more yet we had to do more work. really happy with Signable.
Overall a disappointing user experience, the platform doesn’t feel mature enough, and it’s definitely not suitable for occasional use. The pricing plans look fine on paper, but in practice the experience falls short. Emails are only sent in English, and while branding can be customized, you can’t add multiple email templates, which makes it impractical for companies working globally across different countries.When we first signed up (after the trial), we were asked to upgrade just to customize branding. I chose the pay-as-you-go option, but at no point was I shown a clear breakdown of benefits and limitations. Later, support told me it was my mistake and that I’d have to accept it, not a great experience, and trying to upsell for a plan even if it was only €15.For occasional users, it’s even worse: you have to pay and all emails are overloaded with their ads and could damage your business image rather than help it. If you need an e-signature solution for occasional use or want something more polished, I’d recommend sticking with other providers instead.
I'm literally fed up with signable. Every time I use it for a contract the templates one is confronted with are confusing and lacking in any sort of intuition. I am done with it. I shall be looking to take my business elsewhere. It has to be easier than what they have made it.
