Awful customer service

Do not book with this company. We are due to go on holiday in two weeks and have still not heard whether our flight is going ahead of not. We keep getting emails about schedule changes but when you click, nothing happens and there are no changes. Have tried calling them but the line is constantly engaged, I've emailed them several times and had no response. and their online chat disconnects every time they try to put you through to the reservations team.I spoke to British Airways and they have not entered my booking information correctly so i can't even find out if my flight is going ahead that way. They also told me that the company name that booked the flight isn't even CheapOAir!Pay the extra and book direct.

Very disappointing really

Very disappointing really. Several e-mails, a couple of phone calls, the last one promising a further call in 2 or 3 days [but nothing heard in the last 10 days!] j Telephone numbers given on uk website are unobtainable and although my refund is comparitively small I feel that I must pursue it as a matter of principle. I DO NOT want a voucher or a future re-booking. I no longer have any confidence in cheapoair and once this matter is resolved I shall book elsewhere. My booking # is 61290453

Booking and cancellation in Covid19 times

Booked online flight to China and from Japan in December 2019 on British Airways. Great value business class and very easy. Finally forced to cancel in March 2020 due to covid19. Easy online form to request refund or voucher from airline. 7 weeks later full refund received with no further action from myself required. I never talked to anyone at Cheapo air, but I'm really impressed and pleased with the IT service they offered at booking and cancellation.

No contact and no way to contact

No contact and no way to contact. On hold for hours and when get on the line they can not help and then 'transfer' to someone else and then get cut off

CheapOAir UK is my favourite sites for making my plane reservations because they remind you wheny ou need to get a boarding pass and check you in automatically not to mention the a huge variety of options to choose from

I GOT THE TICKET ON THE CONFIRMATION BY…THE AGENT

I GOT THE TICKET ON THE CONFIRMATION BY THE AGENT,I HAD TWO REQUEST FOR THE TICKET, 1) THE AIR LINE ALLOWS 30KG, I ASKED THE AGENT THAT IF THE LUGGAGE CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 2 BAGS OF15KG, THE AGENTS SAID YES IT CAN BE.2) THE SECOND REQUEST WAS OF A WHEEL CHAIR OPTION, THE AGENT SAID HE HAVE ADDED IT TO THE TICKET ITNERY.ONCE THE TICKET WAS BOOKED AND THE PAYMENT WAS RELEASED FROM MY ACCOUNT, THEN AGENTS CALLME AND SAID THAT I NEED TO CONFIRM WITH THE AIRLINES ABOUT THE 2PCS LUGGAGE AND I NEED TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THE WHEEL CHAIR.I WAS SURPRISE THE AGENT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING THE TICKET AND AFTER BOOKING THE TICKET WAS TWO DIFFERENT STATEMENTS.IF THE AGENT WASNT SURE ABOUT THE LUGGAGE, HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME INITIALLY AND NOT AFTER CONFIRMATION OF THE TICKET.

With my initial bookings i had great…

With my initial bookings i had great problems with the first Reps on line. They disconnected my calls. They did not simplify their questions or explained them.. . The last Rep ,a male, he stood with me, very patiently and clearly assisted me with the questions provided. That was how i got my bookings done. Thanks to him. The layover from Dallas to Killeen was way to long. From q12:00 midnight to 9.00 a.m in an waiting lounge alone..was quite horrible.ALONE...not even a passenger or cleaner was seen. During my layover time...i was left exposed to all kinds of dangers...check the airport cameras as proof.B1 and B2 Dallas Fort Hood. airport..not acceptable at all.

I will never ever use CheapOair again

I will never ever use CheapOair again. Booked flights from London Stanstead to Edinburgh and they do not give you the correct detail to print the boarding passes ahead of going to the airport. Will now have to line up to get boarding passes with very little time to spend from travelling to having to board the plane. Absolutely useless call centre that was no help at all and cost me money to try unsuccessfully to sort out. Better go direct to airline as better offers their.

Not just good, very good.

Have checked out other sites. Without doubt from my own personal experience,CheapOair are the best. Had a couple of issues, dealt with in a very good manner. Good thing is, they listen to your problem, never sent away, they stay with you until the issue, how ever big or small is sorted. Prices and flight availability is excellent.
