The prices that you show during booking are not the actual prices charged by the carriers !! Also you are not protecting your customers bidding behind airlines policies!!You must tell your customers the real charges and all other costs that might added like the luggage, seats costs.I was changed by WOW €227.38 extra for tax & services & have to pay some $116 for one carry on , one check in one !!!This is looting !!
I booked some long haul flights with Chris who I found to be pleasant and helpful and easy to understand. There are 2 things that prevented me giving you 5*, one of the flights I saw was £9 lower than the one I booked but Chris said he couldn't find it so I thought it must have gone. However I saw that flight on your website the following day!! Also I told him I needed special assistance for my arthritic hip and he said he would get back to me but I haven't heard yet after 3 days of booking.
Litterally fraudulent. Advertised one price. Charged another. Charged us 4x the price displayed because secretly behind the scenes without updating the payment page they claimed a "flash sale" had ended. Kept promising callbacks to deal with the issue and not calling back. Refused to refund the fraudulent charge. Scam company. Don't touch them with a 10 foot pole. They will scam you.
