I wish I had checked Trustpilot before…

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before buying boots from Chelsea Boutique. They took over weeks to arrive and I was sent the wrong size. Ordered size 5 (38) and got size 36. They will not give full refund until I return them to Asia at MY cost. Could place order for correct size for £10.95 but that doesn't make sense as I ordered the correct size in the first place. They offered a 20% refund which is an insult. This has clearly happened to others, reading the reviews. I do not recommend this company. Lesson learned, never trust what you see advertised or check Trustpilot first.

Almost impossible to return items

Terrible company. I wanted to return an item. They wantedme to send pictures with measurements using a tape measure because i said it was too long. I was then offered 20% back and keep the item or i had to send it back to China.

Return Address needed

Does anyone have an address to return itens to for this Company? Would someone be able to leave a review and put the address in it please? I can't find anything on their website, the item's packaging or online. I've emailed them, filled in a contact form on their website and contacted them on the shop app, no response yet. The address, which I believe is in China looking at the other comments, is just nowhere to be found. Thanks in advance.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

If I could give zero stars I would. Misleading website, based in China, very difficult to arrange returns. Offer a 20% discount to keep the items or you have to return to China at your cost & I am now worried I will be out of pocket when the package mysteriously disappears. I am so frustrated to have fallen for it & not read reviews before ordering! Another scam company

Avoid at all cost

Oh dear, I so wished I’d checked Trustpilot before I purchased from Chelsea Boutique. I ordered UK size 5 trainers and was sent EU36 - according to their size guide is correct!! One trainer didn’t have the size guide on the web page and am still arguing about that. They offered 20% discount and keep the items or return for a refund - I’m still waiting for the return address, which they are very reluctant to give out. The trainers were very poor quality for a lot of money. I have bought a couple of jumpsuits from them which are lovely and do fit, but I think I was lucky with those. Definitely avoid the company and spend your money elsewhere.

Avoid buying from this company

Avoid buying from this company. ordered a coat advertised as 20 euro in tictok shop when I went to pay for it it was almost 60 euro. coat arrived to small and very bad quality so contacted them to return only to be told all returns have to go to Asia at nearly the same cost as the coat its self. Customer service is horrendously slow to get back.

Do not buy from this company.Sent me the wrong size, but have blamed me and I have to pay for replacement and return, although there is no clear return policy, despite the website stating ‘effortless return’. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Local charity shop will be getting a donation…..
