One star is too many - AVOID at all costs this is a SCAM - it’s not a boutique - it’s some sweat shop in Asia - disgusting robbers who should be brought to justice - shame on these people it’s robbery - I hope somehow they get what they deserve- appalling people set out to rob everyone
Why did I not read the reviews!!! It does not even deserve 1 star. An absolute sham and Instagram needs to take some responsibility. I agree with everything all the other reviews say it’s disgusting how they draw us all in. Never again!
Do not buy from this company. They operate out of China. Delivery takes more than 2 weeks and the products are shocking quality.Purchased the lounge suit and it is cheap fabric, poor fit and generally really awful. Nothing like the adverts Avoid at all costs.
Do not but from this company! The material was so cheap! I did my research before I ordered and it was a UK company with good reviews. I wanted to send my co ord back as it took over 3 weeks to come and it was really cheap material. I returned it to the return address on my parcel to be told by email that I had to retrieve my parcel and ship it to Asia to get a full refund of £35. I put it straight into the bin. Please don't get ripped off like I did.
Rate zero!DO NOT BUY!!!!Total Chinese scam.The lounge suit looks great in the video, but is nothing like it. I think they've used someone else's video and made cheap copies using the cheapest, plastic, nylon fabric. You can't return it either, unless you're prepared to pay the fee to ship to China, plus Customs costs. They will change the name of the company every few months.
Just purchased a 2 piece outfit that looks like it has come from a second hand street vendor in China. Very misleading as it reads like the “boutique” and I say this word lightly, is in the UK plus has a co.uk email but it isn’t it’s from China! Have emailed so called “support” 3 times to make a return and no response. Do not purchase from here they are a scam of a company and need to be taken down !!
This company needs to be avoided at all costs. I ordered the supposedly soft lounge suit. It’s cheap and tacky the most awful fabric. I thought they were based in the uk hence the name .co .uk. But it’s based in china. I sent 5 emails tracing my order and didn’t receive one reply until I filed a claim with PayPal. The tack arrived today and it’s going in the bin as I have to pay to return this junk. The sizes are completely wrong ..Please read theses reviews and take heed. They need to be stopped trading. Such a scam.
I bought a two piece outfit from this company and what arrived was awful. It was made of a cheap and nasty material and not worth the money that I paid. The outfit was reduced from £100 down to £34 so I thought what a bargain.It is all a sales gimmick!Please save your money and don’t waste your time with this company.
This company try to make it Look like they are a boutique in the UK! NOT SO! Yet another Chinese scam, I ordered what was supposed to be a soft matching suit, what arrived was a cheap nylon tracksuit! Won’t bother even contacting them as the customer has to pay for the shipping to China! Do yourself a favour and leave this company well alone!!!!
I second ALL the reviews below! Conned by this company. Ive asked for a refund, I can return this item which may cost me upto £25 as its being returned to China, or they will refund me 30% of the item. The fit is poor, the material is super cheap and the colour isn't what was advertised either! Company have been poor to deal with and I've been completely backed into a corner with this one. Surely how they operate cant be legal! Very upset and let down! Ordered this on the 26th July, took weeks to arrive, and now nothing been sorted. It took ages to get a complaints email but that doesn't seem to work!
