Do not use this company. I ordered a size 6 pair of boots it took ages for them to arrive and when they did the quality was horrendous and they were closer to a size 3. I am getting nowhere trying to return them for a refund so have decided to donate them to charity, the ONLY positive to come out of me purchasing something from this company. Really wish there was the option to give them -5.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give zero stars I would have! Their return policy is awful... purchased the item for £39.95. The quality of the product was horrible and then had to pay £23 from my pocket to ship back to China. Still haven't received my refund and they are now asking for more money to pay custums fees. Absolutely insane!
I can’t give 1 star or I would !My 2 jumpsuits are actually lovely and fit me perfectly.But the green maxi dress at £39.99 I ordered was so badly designed and cut even when I tried it on back to front it looked better !! The size , the shape and fabric are utter rubbish .When I asked for a refund was offered 20% or a return to Asia at my own cost before they would entertain any type of refund .I thought I was dealing with a UK based company due to the social media advertising and email / ordering site having UK in it - but it’s based in China .Don’t waste your money on this crap !
DO NOT USE!!!Based in china not in England.Wish read I reviews.My mum saw on her facebook ordered as a gift for Christmas but saying will arrive by 27th. Ordered it on the 10th December.Heard quality is bad from other reviews company needs to be shut down. Big scam and the items aren’t cheap either
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Wrong size sent. Terrible quality. They offered a % to keep the item - what use is a pair of boots two sizes too small??!!! It's taken me 6 weeks to get a return address from them and will now cost me £26 to return to China.
