Don’t waste your money. Product quality is not the worst but customer service is. Sent the wrong size then I had to pay to have correct size sent. Other item (jumpsuit) would only fit a 6 foot tall person, again refused to exchange or refund as this was not their fault. I absolutely do not recommend and will never use again. Oh and delivery time takes weeks
Absolutely terrible the trouser legs were different lengths i asked for a refund they processed to send another out without asking me i told them I don't want it i am still arguing with them to no avail they are absolutely disgraceful
Would give 0 if this was possible. They make themselves appear as though they’re a uk based company, when in fact they are NOT. This is a Chinese company. Their returns policy is hidden in sub menus and not easy to find, and when my wife’s boots didn’t fit, they told me I would have to pay for delivery back to China for a full refund. This is not in line with UK Consumer Rights. Tried to charge it back but they’ve fought against Nationwide and now I’m stuck with a pair of boots that don’t fit. Avoid at all cost!!!
