I had a confusing experience. In the preview video of the presets I bought (bon jovi) they used the song names, but then, the presets have different names. As a newbie in all these it’s not easy to make the connection my self. I asked them for a refund or even advice, and they never answered me back.
I've purchased alot of these packs and they sound incredible. I used to despise digital modelers because they sounded so thin and fake. These are some thick and creamy sounds all the way to 8 strng brutality. I accidentally messed up a download and within minutes they had reset it and had me going. I highly recommend. I also had a very negative experience with them. Just look at all the poor reviews, and you'll understand why choosing other options is the best decision. There are far better alternatives available. I recommend letting go of the overly confident representative who responds to customer inquiries (he appears to be the same person replying here). I've never encountered someone so arrogant and disrespectful. Whether he's very young or much older, he clearly lacks the understanding of how to treat people. In any case, steer clear of this service.
The products are embarrassing and the customer support is equally disappointing. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them, as there are many other sellers who are more serious and dependable. They should reconsider their roles, as it's evident this is beyond their capabilities.
This is a review regarding my order. I purchased a set of patches for a specific device, but due to limited storage space, I can't access the information about the missing effects! The only way to find this info is to decode the patch file, yet their customer service refuses to provide the list of effects for each patch in the set I bought.
The Impulse Responses are outstanding and perform excellently in real-world scenarios. I personally don’t need an overwhelming number of IRs that lead to confusion. The essential packs are perfect for me, featuring 10 IRs with professional-level mic blends of my favorite cab and speaker. The service was also commendable. I made an error in my order, emailed them, and received a helpful response on the same day.
I bought Blues and Strat packs several months ago and was very pleased. I accidentally deleted the presets while adding others and had no further downloads. I contacted the seller, and they sent me replacements within 12 hours. I was delighted because they didn't have to do that. Excellent customer service.

I just finished a chat with customer service about a transaction through a payment platform. Although I paid, the download link was sent to the wrong address. After some discussion and proof of my transaction, the representative confirmed my purchase and resent the download link to the correct address, resolving my issue kindly.
