Avoid this company! I was initially interested in their $7 trial, but limited functionality and their confusing pricing plan made the $179 monthly subscription look like a much better deal - especially when I thought you could cancel it and receive a full refund within 14 days. Once I was in, I quickly realised that the product is underdeveloped. There are very few controls and it was impossible to make a clip longer than 5 seconds. It made Sora look sophisticated. Within an hour of signing up I cancelled and requested a refund, but CinemaFlow customer service were useless to say the least. They refused to refund my $179 and it took several weeks of repeated emails to finally get somebody to confirm that I won't be billed again. This is not a quality, established company with with good ethics. It's built on the hope that AI video will improve and run by amateurs.
This company is disgraceful, I only signed up for the free trial out of curiosity and the clips I could produce from the ai prompt were nothing like what was advertised. There is not option to cancel my membership an I emailed support saying to cancel my membership and they have no permission to take money out my account but they have done it anyway
