I signed up for a free trial to test somethings didn't even use it more than 10 minute it was very shit, and suddenly they’re charging me $49 every month no way to cancel, no customer support, no account settings, nothing. Total scam.I reported the site to my government and scam protection agencies to try and get it blocked, and I encourage everyone else to do the same.Also: dispute the charges through your bank ASAP. Don’t let these people get away with it.Sites like this shouldn’t be allowed online. At least take me to dinner first before scamming me, you feel me?
1. The software on the website didn’t work 2. They charged me $49.95 AFTER I cancelled 3. I ordered a new card and they somehow used Apple Pay to attempt to charge my new card 4. Now when I try to go to their website they block me ///. TOTAL SCAM // My bank sees them as SUSPIS
I was charged after a trial, as soon as i was charged i emailed asking for a refund (literally within 30 mins) They responded coldly basically saying we dont refundI explained that I should be able to refund a service that was just charged to me that I have no interest using, and its Australian Consumer Law that i should be able tooThey responded with "Your country's laws don't apply to us because we sell online" which is ridiculousSo i figure i may aswell use the service and get my moneys worth, Well the website doesn't work, when you cancel your sub you cant use any features, i cant make a video, so Ive been charged over $70 for a full month but still cant even use this productTerrible product, UI and customer service If i dont hear back and get a refund soon I will contact my banks fraud department & also report this company to consumer affairs
