Review Time
just to save time here is what i sent customer service, who has yet to get back to me. I am experiencing a persistent error when attempting to generate videos on your platform. Despite following your documentation guidelines and testing various prompt formats, as a new paying customer running into this kind of b.s. on day one is unacceptable. No matter what I do I consistently receive the following error message:Error Details:```The service Replicate Stable Diffusion API - Replicate FLUX API - POST just returned an error (HTTP 400). Please consult their documentation to ensure your call is setup properly. Raw error:<{"detail":"Failed to parse request body as JSON: ☐ invalid character 'T' after object key:value pair","status":400}```What I've Tried:1. Followed your prompt guidelines exactly - Used the recommended formula: Subject + Action + Style + Lighting2. Tested various prompt lengths - From simple 20-character prompts to complex 400-character descriptions3. Used your proven examples - Tried prompts directly from your documentation like "Hot air balloon over mountains at sunrise"4. Simplified formatting - Removed special characters, quotation marks, and complex punctuation5. Different browsers - Tested in multiple browsers and incognito mode6. Manual typing - Typed prompts manually instead of copy/pasting to avoid hidden charactersSample Prompts That Failed after dumbing down the prompts as far as i possibly could:- "Rusted prison gates in gray mist at dawn" (simple)- "Hot air balloon over mountains at sunrise" (your example)- "City street at night with neon lights" (your example)Technical Environment:- Browser: using Google and then firefox- Operating System: 24H2 os build 26100.4351 windows 11- Account Type: professional The JSON parsing error suggests this may be a backend API issue rather than a prompt formatting problem, especially since even your documented working examples are failing.Request:Could you please investigate this issue and let me know:1. If there are any known system issues affecting video generation2. Any additional troubleshooting steps I should try3. If this requires escalation to your technical teamI'm eager to use CinemaFlow for my creative project and becoming exceedingly more and more frustrated with all these apps that cost a fortune to use, (not including the time and money spent learning to use them) yet do not meet expectations or even the software basic description and promises, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
I signed up for the CinemaFlow trial via mobile, but their platform doesn’t allow you to manage or cancel your subscription from mobile — something they conveniently only state deep in the terms and conditions.I attempted to cancel during the trial, but couldn’t access the necessary settings due to their own platform limitations. I contacted support, explained the issue clearly, and asked for the $77 subscription charge (which I never intended or agreed to keep) to be refunded. They refused, citing policy, despite confirming I never used the service. They even admitted that cancellation requires desktop access, yet continued to take payment from a mobile signup with no warning or proper functionality.Support responses were robotic, dismissive, and lacked any good faith effort to resolve the situation. I've since had to escalate the matter through my bank.Avoid this company if you value transparency, fair treatment, or basic functionality. If your UX can’t support mobile users, maybe don’t accept mobile signups?
