Great passive app, your data is collected anyway why not get paid for it. It's great that they show you exactly what's being collected and also show you what Google has collected each week. They also have other awesome features like the data breach search & the web browser. The gift card rewards do pay if you are there promptly at the redeem time but can be annoying because they go very quickly. I have redeemed 2 so far but have been trying to redeem a third one for four months now. Their customer support responded quickly to a problem I had & resolved it. So, I've had a relatively positive experience despite the limited amount of gift cards.
This company is about to get into legal trouble they are taking people personal information and selling it and not paying. I can't even redeem a 5 dollar gift card its all of a sudden having issues verifying my phone number. Customer service is a joke I haven't heard back from them. Stay away from these scam companies it's about time for these people to sit inside a jail cell.
Bots are taking all the gift cards, making it impossible for me to redeem my hard-earned points. I lost 200 gift cards in a minute! It's frustrating that they prioritize one individual hoarding cards over many who have worked hard for them!
I returned to the service after a year, hoping for better rewards, but they’ve actually worsened. Most offerings are now just free trials or sign-ups, with many being gambling promotions. The meaningful rewards that used to exist are either gone or hard to obtain. It's disappointing — the rewards section feels neglected, and the heavy reliance on gambling options really diminishes the experience. The original concept was great, but it seems to have strayed from that goal. I hope it returns to providing real value for users sharing their data.
Joined in 2019. Initially, it seemed promising when rewards were easier and more substantial to earn. Now, they are harder to obtain and less valuable. Since I started, the service has regressed and consistently promised improvements that never materialized. In the first two years, I received £85 in vouchers, but in the last year, I only managed to get £12.
