Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I regret ever ordering from them. Out of six items, only one arrived late, and I'm still waiting for the others. I've emailed daily, but all I receive are excuses. Promises of a resolution have gone unfulfilled for weeks, and they even suggested a substitute product that I would have to pay for, which they couldn't deliver either. It's clear that others have faced similar frustrations. Steer clear of this service to avoid losing money and stress.

Terrible experience with this service

Order issues since February

I placed an order in February, but there were complications on their end. I've spoken to a representative a couple of times, but responses to my emails and voicemails have been very poor.
