Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I received my item a week late, after a promised delivery date, and it appears to be a used, pre-washed cardigan with no labels. I’m currently trying to return it, but they are asking for photographic evidence. After seeing this site, I am demanding a full refund or I will dispute the transaction with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "STORE". It’s a scam.

Echoing what others said...cheap quality and priced at a permanent sale such that the so-called "Money Back" guarantee doesn't apply. There isn't even a label cheap product. Only upside is that it has taught me never to click on an instagram ad again.
