I was ordering from Canada. The main address I see on the site is in London UK. Reasonable enough, close to Scotland and part of the UK. Once I ordered I got a tracking # stating that it was shipped via Australian Post??? It seemd to link to the Australian Post tracking system ... but to this day it says it hasnt been recieved yet. I did get the item but it arrived from China. Lots of BS going on with this company. The quality of the item was very poor for the price paid. BEWARE these folks are total scammers.
I ordered a short-sleeve shirt in my Clan Tartan and delivery took a long time due to Chinese manufacturing, but I loved the shirt. So I decided to buy one in the same size, but in the long-sleeve style. Somehow the XXL in long sleeve measured *3 INCHES SMALLER* in the chest than the short sleeve, and it was made from a very cheap, flimsy polyester material. After realizing it didn't fit and didn't feel good on my skin, I filed for a return/refund, which their site says they accept as long as it is in original packaging. But they refused to refund me because they list the dimensions of the shirt on their website. What kind of clothing company has a 3-inch variation in the same size products? How can you trust that company as a brand, when they charge a PREMIUM price, but don't adhere to standard manufacturing practices & don't honor their own return policy? They offered a partial refund after I kept pushing for it, but I refused. Why should I pay for a poorly made shirt that does not fit me?! I will never shop with them again.
Do not order from this company! Items are shipped from China and are very low quality. The tracking/shipping they use is extremely unreliable and they are not able to give you an answer on where your item(s) is. I questioned (around 9pm) where my item was because it said it was “out for delivery” all day. The person, who answered, had no idea and said it could be several more days and it was obvious English was not their first language. Just awful.
The rug they sent me reminded me of a foam kitchen cleaning cloth with a pattern printed on one side. The website doesn't show the underside and the description is vague. (I was expecting something like a big printed doormat). When I sought to return it, they offered me a 40% refund, and I'd have to bear the shipping costs (which their email made clear can be 'high'). And they said shipping could take 2-3 months. It came direct from China. Their UK address turns out to be a PO box: a list of companies registered there has 1,324 entries. Some of the 5-star reviews include phrases like 'our products' and 'Our designs' - sounds like they were written by the company, not customers.
Worst customer service ever. Tartan dresses arrived from overseas but were made from inferior, clingy fabric (not at all like fabric in photo). Implied tartan fabric from UK but comes from china. I was refused full refund and only offered 50 percent. I do not have faith that if I do pay to mail dresses back overseas I would receive any refund. Total waste of time and money. Insulting customer service emails and Deceptive advertising. Shame on Tartan Vibes!
I bought a bag at a cost of £32. It took weeks to arrive because it was shipped from China and when it finally did arrive it was a horrid plascticy crumpled poor quality bag worth less than £5. I asked for a refund and they offered me a 25% refund and to keep the bag. I said I had no interest in keeping that bag and I wanted a refund per s.14 of the Sale of Goods Act in the UK that says that merchandise has to be of "satisfactory quality". They refused, said it was difficult for them and made me a final offer of a 40% refund. Do not buy from these people. They do not abide by UK laws and seem to think that their company policy trumps the law. It does not.
I was under the impression this company was in British Isles and owned and operated by British (Scots and English). I thought the items were bespoken from Scotland or England. The website is very deceiving, and WRONG ITS CHINESE FRONT COMPANY. I should have looked much closer as company is from and operates out of Shanghi, China with NO SCOTTISH HERITAGE KNOWLEDGE. I feel I was Shanghi'd, they got all my order incorrect and took me over six emails and I had to take over 20 photographs to prove to them they applied the a wrong Clan Crest on the correct Tartan on polo shirts. In addition since they applied the wrong Clan Crest, I asked for the men's shirts to be of a larger size. Beware the size charts are highly inaccurate, all their sizes on the Men's chart look big, as the Men's Polo Shirt shows size 44 chest, real size on polo shirt measures 38.75, waist shows 40, reality waist is 37.75. Customer Service stalls, procrastinates or asks for more information so you want to just get feed up and quit r exchange process. This company never followed through with any exchanges as they kept asking for more and more useless information and photographs. Typical for Chinese companies to work on your patience and quit. Regarding the quality of the shirts, the material of the shirts are a very cheap polyester material, not a cotton blend, uncomfortable to touch or wear, especially during hot summer and fall day here in Florida. We know the value of cotton and linen during this heat. The webpage never really states this is a pure polyester, but rather word play insinuates cotton blend. If I knew this was a Chinese Company, no way would I ever purchase anything from them. As my family is Scottish and we have purchase many items from Scotland and England, all of high and excellent quality with high end Customer Service. In addition, arrival of product took about a month with three different packages all coming from Shanghi China. Will not purchase again, back to the higher price, excellent quality of the British mad and Scottish shops I can trust. Even though we do know British shops do purchase items from Pakistan and China, we just ask before we purchase and British are always honest. So sorry was hoping so much this company was of a quality we could trust,
Have bought a tartan tablecloth. Received it today to discover it is a thin acrylic printed fabric with overlocked edges. Very disappointed and certainly is not what I expected. After having just read reviews on here, I'm not going to waste my time trying to get a refund. Should have looked on Trustpilot before purchasing.
Ok so I bout a Jeff cap, my fault I didn't read fully into it. My expectation was a Scottish tweed/wool cap manufactured in Scotland. What is delivered is a strange cotton? cap made in either China or Vietnam. Eventually looked closer with "offices" in both of the above locations. I have a cap, it is of Tartan , but I don't believe it is anywhere near worth the AUD$93 I had to pay. They should list this product with a more reasonable price on Temu.
