Review Time
2 years ago I had to get a DBS check for a job. Since then I've tried to cancel the monthly payment of £8 per month but they keep taking it from. My account. Every time you go on the site you go round in circles untill you sick of entering the details. I seriously thinking of taking them to court.
It took them more than 30 days to complete my application.I was never contacted with request to submit additional evidence however the application was delayed because of missing evidence.They have included somehow in a very sneaky way premium Cloud recurring service ,which I was unaware of .This costs £8.00 per month ,taken automatically and I was surprised to find that I was charged for service that I have never ordered.I have contacted the company with request to cancel this service and I am not sure what will happen next.I have paid more than £80.00 for service that can qualify for the slowest in the business.It is a borderline scam. Absolutely awful.Avoid,avoid,avoid
This company is a total scam. They try to charge a minimum of £83 but can go way north of over £120 with all the completely non necessary add ons they try to make you take. Right up to the point of payment the full price isn't revealed. Then as you proceed to payment, the total flashes up for about 1/10th of a second. Honestly if you blink you'll miss it. This is how they get through the legal loophole. They've shown the price but in the blink of an eye. Thankfully my bank blocked the payment and flagged them as a dodgy company. Also can't believe how daft i was. The gov.uk site charge £18 for dbs.
Do NOT use this company ever! They deliberately make everything difficult for you. They do not give good customer service. They do not care. They will never give a full refund no matter how honest you have been. They only want your money. I made a mistake which is what they want us to do by being on Google. I managed to get half of my £83 refunded and my bank is now dealing with them. They are known for being difficult in more ways than one. DO NOT USE Clearcheck!
This company called clearcheck is not a legitimate company. It is scam. They show me a price of £15.00 for dbs check. But they took £98.00 from my account. You can not contact them on the phone. So today I am been scammed. I have also contacted a fraud team. I want every body to know that millions of scammers such as clearcheck sleeping under the shadow of Google. Take care of yourself and Be careful.
On the 26th July, I noticed that Clear Check Ltd had taken £98.00 from my bank account following a link from a DBS check to be verified for £15.00.I tried calling them and was told it's DBS's accounts problem & to contact them.I responded that their company name was on my bank statement and it's their problem to refund me the fraudulent transaction. Only to be told that I was actually calling a company called Chiefs supplies Ltd, and hung up.Contacted my bank to report the scam and they saw that they were also under a company name to do with Inflatable kids party rentals Ltd. The bank blocked them from taking any further monies from my account and wait to see if I got my verification documents through?Today I tried to call Clear Check Ltd again but could not get through. So I with continue with the bank regarding this fraudulent transaction. Seriously,,,, looking at these other reviews, these people need to be arrested and locked up !!!
