Similar bad experience all the above They lure you to apply first to verify your photo and address and before you know it you are lured into opening an account and take £ 83 from your account. I dont remember agreeing to paying £83. I had only paid £15 thinking that the price for basic verification . When asked they send a list with their prices and say that I ticked their terms and conditions . You dont need this agency at all for a basic check .I was fooled . You be careful . This site comes up and it looks like as thoughthe govt has approved this site . Definitely not
I wanted a copy of my DBS I was asked to pay £15 I paid.After payment they asked me to login with different accounts. I didn't do it. They kept sending emails then I got irritated and used contact us I contacted them - still they asked me to create a password to verify myself. I couldn't because each time i created a password they didn't accept it andI found that weired. Finally I searched for their name then got the real DBS they promised to reply within six days. On the sixth day I got a reply advising me to get in touch with them as they are not the same. The following day I checked on my account and I was horrified to note that they had taken £98 that is including the £15. I called bank and explained I was cheated whilst applying for a dbs. Bank confirmed that it wasn't the real DBS and I was given their number and was advised to call them and talk to them. I called the number and its an automated phone. I'm really furious The following day I checked on my bank account and I was horrified to note that they had taken £83+ and £15+ They had not explained to me the reason they took that amount
Dreadful company. They look legit but they take your money and you basically can’t contact them and speak to anybody. They said I hadn’t been verified when a certificate had actually come through. Then they said I needed to send my marriage certificate. Enough was enough so I’ve cancelled. Avoid this scamming company.
Applied for a Basic Disclosure.Not realising that I had been forwarded on to this company.As soon as I realised I tryed contacting the company to cancel same night but there was no info to enable you to contact So had to wait till next morning.Finally found info and requested a cancellation of the process.They agreed to cancel and have refunded £27.50 out of the £84.00 that's £56.50 for doing nothing overnight basic disclosure is only £18.00Con artists, rip off merchantsBloody Scammers. Cheats.Stay clear off Clear checker unless you want to get ripped off.
They are the worse company I ever they scam me over £150 for a basic DBS check which I still haven’t received in months when I asked for a refund I was told the money was used for a service I didn’t receive please people be careful they are scammers don’t use them go on the government website
dreadful communication, they dont respond to messages and then charge you over £70 for cancellation because of their inefficiency and time time delay. They have no phone number to talk things through and there website is NOT user friendly DONT USE THEM THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS -YOUVE BEEN WARNED
