my review is same as the one on the other trustpilot link clear check seperate words same company ,they just gave me a refund because of my post they said, only my digital card means i can pull the money back myself , all of it .! good for me.they said they would refund £47 as a goodwill gesture as i dont want it but all the other con charges over £118 ish they are keeping , but i can email them if i need more help ha haaa only glad i had that digital card, my advice to you lot, always pay with paypal, apple pay or best revolute and you can always get your own money back in one second, big banks and theior cards are a waste of time and these sharks will finacnially take the p out of you , so online digital cards .!!!!!!!!!
I applied for this service for some basic checks, they take more money in the invoice than says on the webpage. They complicate with the info they give, i.e. they say for an address check a photo ID driver's license is ok then on the online verify online it doesn't say you can use a photo ID. Then I started getting extra charges coming up in my bank statement for 8gbp per month and I haven't applied for subscription. I asked for my money back they haven't refunded me the 8 gbp they started taking and they won't reimburse me the 75 gbp they originally charged and still they haven't checked any of my documents.
Hi, I applied for an ACRO. Was asked on three separate occasions to verify my maiden name which was already given on the application form then received a Basic Disclosure Certificate on Friday which the Spanish Embassy has confirmed is not acceptable for my visa. Cannot get in touch by telephone and they wont answer any of my emails. Eventually someone has emailed me after I have sent numerous emails yesterday and today and said that I applied for the wrong certificate and they don't do ACRO yet that is the heading on their site and I pressed apply. Also I was asked what occupation I needed this certificate for and I replied none it is for a non lucrative visa. When I flagged this up to the person emailing me this morning I am still awaiting an answer. I already have a Disclosure Scotland Certificate as a Minister and Celebrant. I am annoyed at myself for being taken in and for wasting my time and money and doubt if I have enough time now to apply for the visa. Pretty disgusting really.
Avoid this company!I did make an application for a DBS with this company in January then when I wanted to get in touch with them I just realise it doesn’t answer to the phone and I cancel that payment since then every month they take out from my account £8 for nothing. I did try to get in contact with them but that is no contact. Most definitely this is a scam. Also I noticed that the only customer assistance that is answering here to this feed box it’s only Allan it’s not that weird?
Absolutely disgusted with clearcheck! Very slow kept checking my progress, which didn't seem to move past 50% been near on two weeks, no contact number or email to get in contact, to find out why it's taking so long..so decided too cancel, which they processed all of a sudden another doc, just so the refund was even less. Refund was £25. See how they make their money! You can get a DBS quicker through a company that you work for. Disgraceful slackers!! No communication Poor site layout Not enough information to let you know what's going on!! For all of this one should get a full refund considering it's down to their poor communication through their site!!
Hi. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Id like report to Police. Who did let me know plz. They tok from me money 87£, later 8£, whant pay me for subscribsion, dont give nothing. From 2 months i try get DBS but they always find something for next payment. I whant only regain my money now and help them close this SCAM. We need to do together becouse only like this we can get what we need.
