They are a total SCAM

They are a total SCAM. They charged me £98 just because I started to fill their form by error. I didn't submit any documents so they couldn't do any check and told them immediately that I don't need them. Be aware!!!! When I told them that they should give me back my money they refunded only £20.

Total Scam

I am contacting my bank about this company, clear checks they charged for dbs but did not show the amount at time of processing the transaction, plus asking for more money for completing the ID?? They have not sent me anything apart from automated copy and paste responses! cannot call them and only email responses, stay away this is a total scam and i will be reviewing this and contacting a ombudsman! please use the gov site which is only for 18£

I think this company has scammed me ,I am trying to get a refund but unfortunately cannot login ..nor can I speak to anyone on the phone . Disgusting really ,feel really taken advantage of .I have learning difficulties and this kind of thing causes me so much stress .will go to the Citizens Advice Bureau and see if they can help ☹️

Scam company

Scam company. Pretend to provide service for checking your legal records. Upon engaging with them I was asked to pay and jump through hoops like we all do. Only to realise these hoops lead to a dead end and your pants down your ankles. Lost over £200

Scammers avoid

Tried to cancel this quickly when I realised the inflated cost, total scam wouldn’t give money back, now they are taking more money from my bank, when I try to contact them they don’t reply saying I asked for annual subscription ( total crap) just a scam company ripping people off.

It’s almost pointless leaving this review, there are already so many 1 star reviews. You can get exactly the same thing off the gov website for £18 and in a fraction off the time. By the time you realise what you’re in for with these guys it will be too late and they will just keep wanting more and more money !!!Be warned !!! It’s a scam.
