Vacmaster WD L20 | 240V Dust Extractor
CLEVA is 5 stars *****
But unfortunately DPD let you down and they don't deserve any stars!
Now to be fair to Cleva, they are a brilliant company, I have the larger brother to this dust extractor (Vacmaster WD L30 Wet & Dry Dust Extractor), but I needed a smaller more versatile one for tight spaces in attics or for usuing on a scaffold tower. It has not disapointed and the 1600w motor is excellent for cleaning up site debris quickly and safely. I also have the Vacmaster Air Mover, which is great for onsite jobs too! Usuing power tools that require sawdust extraction etc, The base unit has a plug for the power tool, so when it's turned on, so is the dust extraction (with the power tools dust attachment).
My partner runs a b&b and uses the Vacmaster Easy Clean for carpet stains (excellent) and we are still trying out the very versatile 'Vacmaster Respira, Lift Off Pet, Upright Vacuum Cleaner' - worked great at first, but an impatient cleaner, snapped something off the handle and we have to sort that out seperately (the detachable parts of it, whilst versatile, are a bit flimsy).
Overall, well done Cleva for designing excellent products at hard to beat prices!

Rubbish, placed an order, stated it was going to be sent via dpd next day, several days later dpd still hadn't received it, was suppose to be a present and now it's going to be too late to reorder elsewhere, avoid, if I could I'd have given zero stars I would
I only review as I find. 18 months ago I purchased a robotic lawnmower through the store and Amazon, the LawnMaster has worked tirelessly on our garden for the last 18 months, giving great results an all I have had to do is put on one new set of blades, and give Mo the occasional clean down, brilliant, while I sit watching him work with a vino in my hand. It is so easy to cut the grass I have happily mentioned this to many and I know of at least 3 of my acquaintances who have given these diligent machines a home for life.It is now September 2025 and I thought I would get a couple of cuts in before the winter grass growing sleep, however Mo (Mow the grass) has decided that he wanted a rest and his battery started to slow down, and instead of 4 hours+ cutting in one go, it had gone down to around 30/40 minutes. I was about to buy a new battery and tried to check what one it was, when I noticed a 24 month warranty on parts, not believing that a battery would be covered I sent a message through their site with my order number, about 2 hours later received an email asking if I was sure it was the battery, confirmed it with them. Two hours later another Email stating a new battery F.O.C. was in the post to me, that is what I call over and above, which in this day and age is rare and fantastic customer service. So Thank you Cleva for restoring some honour to customer service, In future my purchases for the garden are through yourselves, and I urge others to do the same if you want reliability in a product.
Can't give a zero. As an outside review, I do not recommand, AT ALL. My transactions to their clients keep being rejected for no reason, one of them even had his account suspended because of that. And I never got refunded all the money I sent from those transactions.
The lawnmowers are fantastic value and I can see why they are consistently highly rated. However, when DPD failed to deliver my item on the specified day, there was no way to contact them other than by completing a form online. It is 2024 but this company avoids having a phone number. When I found a contact number online, selecting the option to talk to someone about delivery, they direct you to the online form and cut you off. This is a poor experience for customers. Not only that, but their response time (unlike it would be by telephone) is 2-3 days (but you should also expect delays around any kind of holiday). Is this really good enough when you have paid hundreds of pounds for an item? I don't think so.They did reply within their timeframe but it was too late - I had to sort out the issue myself with DPD - an absolute nightmare and very unsatisfactory. Cleva don't really care about this, as far as they are concerned, I've had my delivery now so they're done. Not great.
