I want you to know that the ink cartridges that were mailed out to me are not compatible with my computer. I would like to return them but am not sure which address to use to do so. Please tell me where I can return them for a refund on the order.
I clicked the Pay Now Button and completed the order process, but I never got an email confirmation. Three days later I found that Click Inks took my payment, but never scheduled delivery of the order (I found it was still in my Cart). That was not good, since I had to go through the process again and the site did not recognize I had already paid (the first payment appeared on my AMEX account). If a second charge shows up, I'll dispute it with AMEX.
I appreciated that after I indicated the specific ink colors I needed, you gave me a better available deal idea which gave me the colors needed plus - which gave me more ink for less money! Thanks for giving me that choice!
