did not get 35% off promotion.

They sent me a promo for 35% off and then it was not deducted from total. Nobody has followed up with me regarding this issue.Had trouble with last sale I tried to take advantage of as well.

Website issues and no order confirmation

I had a difficult time with the website. I was able to place the order but at the same time I wanted to join as a member. I put all my information in but never received an email saying I had joined. So I tried to login and the site said my account or password info was incorrect. So I tried to use the chat and found out that just an automated system. Was very frustrating. Then I didn't even recieve confirmation email that my order was placed. Now 2 days later, I just received an email that my order shipped. I've ordered before from clickinks but never had this much problem. Not sure it was worth the trouble.

As a LONG TIME customer

As a LONG TIME customer, I deducted two stars for not sending me an email confirmation of purchase (I had to call to confirm that my order was placed?!?) but added back one start for Bianca Dumitru's excellent Customer Service.
