Not what I ordered

I ordered two HP ink cartridges. I paid $56.24 for two refurbished cartridges of a brand I’ve never heard of. These cartridges do not work in my HP printer even after following instructions for “if these do not work”. I am requesting a full refund and will return the cartridges.
