I am sorry to say we received the incorrect product & I'm still trying to correct it. your rep Constantin has been extremely helpful (he gets 5 stars) but I am still waiting for the correct toner, (2) Pantum TL-410X. my order #XP03674, the packing list has the correct p/n but what we received was GT410X that is not compatible.
When I first went on the website, I could not locate the info for the new printer I have purchased since my earlier order. As frustrating as that feels, it only took a phone call to be directed to the material I needed. Within 2-3 days the order arrived. I am a happy camper now - thank you.
It's been 6 days since I placed my order and you have charged my account BUT I still haven't received my order confirmation. I called yesterday to check on my order but was not able to get any help, no tracking number nothing...very poor customer service! This is my first order with you and may be my last. Your customer service sucks!?? If I can't print my invoice due to not getting my order from you it impacts my business!!!
