I ordered a leather jacket in size S/M. I realized right away that choosing this size was a mistake, so I immediately emailed customer service asking to change the size or cancel the order. After putting pressure on them, I finally got a reply saying they would contact the warehouse and check.
Despite that, the jacket was still shipped in S/M. Since then, I’ve contacted customer service many times. I only received one weak apology saying they were sorry it had been shipped — and after that, no response at all about returning it.
And here in the reviews they keep apologizing again, but there is no real change in their behavior or any actual solution.
This website feels like a major scam. If you buy something, you can basically forget about making a return.
